By creating an account or using OfferBoard - as a customer or as a business - you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

OfferBoard is a discovery platform. We help customers find nearby businesses and their offers, and help businesses list themselves and post offers to people nearby. OfferBoard is not a party to the transaction between a business and a customer, and does not guarantee that any customer will visit or claim an offer, or that any business will honour a claim on the terms a customer expects.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. A business account is created and verified separately from a customer account, and each business owner is currently limited to one business on the platform.

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their listing, branch details and offer content, and for honouring an offer on the terms they posted it. OfferBoard reviews listings and offers before they reach customers and may reject, pause, suspend or remove any listing or offer that is inaccurate, misleading or otherwise violates these terms, at our discretion.

When a customer claims an offer, OfferBoard records that claim and may show a code to present to the business. A claim is an expression of intent to use an offer, not a purchase made through OfferBoard, and redemption terms (such as any limit on how many customers may claim an offer) are set by the business.

Businesses pay OfferBoard for being listed and for the ability to post offers, according to the plans and prices shown to them before payment. All charges are processed through our payment provider; a payment is only treated as complete once confirmed by that provider. Subscriptions renew manually - nothing is charged automatically without your action. Free introductory periods, where offered, are described at the time they apply and may change for future accounts.

Refund requests are reviewed by our team on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds are processed back through the original payment method.

You agree not to misuse the platform - including posting false or misleading offers, attempting to manipulate claims, impressions or rankings, or accessing accounts or data that are not yours. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

The OfferBoard name, logo and platform are our property. Content you submit (business details, offer text and images) remains yours; by posting it you allow us to display it on the platform for the purpose of running OfferBoard.

OfferBoard is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from a business failing to honour an offer, from inaccurate listing information, or from service interruptions.

You may stop using OfferBoard at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of OfferBoard after an update means you accept the revised terms.
